Civil War Artifacts Tour

Take a tour of the Civil War History of
Memorial Hall Library
The Library's Memorial Hall was built as
a soldiers' monument for Civil War
veterans. Funds were raised beginning in
1866, and the Hall was officially
dedicated on Memorial Day, May 30, 1873.
Take a librarian-guided tour at 10am or
3pm or a self-guided tour to see
artifacts and portraits of the Civil War
era from the Library's collection and on
permanent loan from the Andover
Historical Society.
