Memorial Hall Library is honored to host “The Dust Bowl” exhibit from Humanities Texas during the month of April. During the 1930s, the Farm Security Administration photographed families who endured the Dust Bowl, and in the 1970s, Bill Ganzel interviewed the Dust Bowl survivors. This exhibit combines the FSA photographs and the Ganzel interviews to create an eloquent story of human fortitude. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Andover Cultural Council, a local agency that is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
