Betsy Abbott participates in quilt shows throughtout the country with her free form designs. She was a semifinalist in the American Quilter's Society Annual Quilt Expo in 2008.
Several of Howard Ames Coon's (1890-1997)watercolors hang in Memorial Hall Library, including Benjamin Abbot's Homestead Rose Cottage and Ballardvale. Coon studied at the Rhode Island School of Design and painted both watercolors art oil.
