Doug Bell, an art instructor at Monserrat College, specializes in mixed media paintings and constructions.
A bronze plaque to memorialize and honor the four Andover residents who died in the September 11, 2001 was dedicated at the 10th anniversary tribute.  Christopher Morrison died in the World Trade Center.  Millie Naiman and flight attendant Betty Ong died when American Airlines Flight 11 hit the Trade Center. Len Taylor died when American Airlines Flight 77 hit the Pentagon.
