Carol Boileau, an Andover artist is intrigued by the form of stones that she uses in her beautiful paining.
Allen Hinton was the first person in New England to exclusively sell ice cream. Hinton, an ex-slave and waiter at the Theological Seminary, began selling ice cream in 1877. The stand was located on Hidden Road and was operated until 1930 by Hinton's heirs.
