The Scott House, located at 139 Andover Street in Ballardvale's Historic District, was built sometime after 1852. The historic marker on the house says, "Circa 1870." It was built and occupied by the Scott family until the early 1920s. Mary Bogan and Doug Bell finished restoring and renovating the house in 2005.
