Marland Place is an assisted living facility at 15 Stevens Street in Andover.  Residents live in a building that was once a part of the historic [[Marland Woolen Mills]].
Mawby's is a specialty food shop located at 7-9 Barnard Street in Andover.  It was opened by Chris Perry on March 19, 2007.  The location was home to [[Andover Business - Butler's Pantry|Butler's Pantry]] until 1998.  In 1997,  the Bleu Cow sandwich shop took over the spot.


In 2006, the community was sold to the Kentucky-based company Atria Senior Living Group.  It was previously owned by Newton Senior Living.  In 2008, Atria began work on demolishing an old smokestack that remained on the premises that had raised safety concerns.
As of 2010, a new specialty foods and sandwich shop called [[Andover Business - La Rosa's|La Rosa's]] has taken over the location.

Mawby's is a specialty food shop located at 7-9 Barnard Street in Andover. It was opened by Chris Perry on March 19, 2007. The location was home to Butler's Pantry until 1998. In 1997, the Bleu Cow sandwich shop took over the spot.

As of 2010, a new specialty foods and sandwich shop called La Rosa's has taken over the location.
