May 6, 2021 marked the 375th anniversary of the Town of Andover's founding.   
The Shawsheen School is located at 18 Ann's Lane in Andover on land donated from William Wood, President of American Woolen Company.   


The school opened in 1924 as an elementary school.  The school ceased to operate for a short time beginning in 1980 when it served as school administration offices.
