The Andona Society, deriving its name from combining Andover with the latin word for give - dona, was founded bi five residents of Andover in 1952. Through the years the members have donated funds to sponsor sports and  recreational town activities, provide educational funding, library expansion of the Children's Room, the Cormier Youth Center and a babysitting program for middle school students.  as well as education scholarships and vision screening for pre-school  children, YMCA, library children's room expansion. S.A.D.D Cormier Youth Center, Babysitting Program for middle school students


Regina Gifts was located at 44 Main Street and closed after 25 years of operation in 2007. It was owned at operated by Anne Kleuber. Previously the building was occupied by F.W. Woolworth and Greco Jewelers.
