About Your Password/PIN
A Password/PIN is a form of secondary identification that you use along with your library card number to access your patron record or place holds online.
To change your password/PIN,
log in to the catalog, click the
Account Summary tab, then click the
"Change" link next to where it says
"Password." Alternatively, come to the
Circulation Desk with your library card
or identification.
If your password/PIN doesn't work or you
have any trouble logging into your
account, call
the Reference Desk at 978-623-8401
x32. Have your library card ready and
the reference librarian will help you.
