Come to the free public office hours on Monday, March 13 from 10-11:30am in the Activity Room. Northern Essex Register of Deeds, Paul Iannuccillo, and Registry staff, will be on hand to answer your questions. They can verify if a Declaration of Homestead has been recorded on your property, and  provide or order a copy of your current deed or discharge of your mortgage, or any other Registry documents. Pick up informational booklets and learn about ongoing scams, recent real estate transactions, and more. No appointment necessary.
