Visually the buildings appear mid-19th c., but the directory & tax list suggest circa 1890.
Lois Russell a previous owner.
Thomas family purchased the house and barn in 1939; barn sold to Herbert Schurion, etc. in 1970's and house to Thomas Carroll in 1992.
