historical narrative

1977, July, up for sale. Original owner Dr. Walter Kimball. Themes - Architectural and Community Development. Dr. Kimball built circa 1870. Inherited by his son, John Kimball, then by C. Carlton Kimball, still owner in 1942. Vacant lot at corner was part of Kimball property.
