Information about parking

The Library is located in the center of town, on North Main Street (Route 28) at the intersection of Elm, Main and Central Streets (also known as Elm Square).

Access for Visitors With Disabilities

The rear entrance to the library is wheelchair accessible.

From 93 North

• Take Exit 41, Andover -- Route 125
• Turn right at the end of the ramp
• Proceed on Route 125 approximately 2.5 miles to Route 28
• Follow signs reading Route 28, Andover/Lawrence
• Travel on Route 28 (Main St.) 4 miles into Andover Center
• The Library is on the far left side of the busy intersection at Elm Square where Central St. and Elm St. meet
• Turn left onto Central St.; then turn immediately right onto Essex Street
• Turn right into the Library parking lot
• Metered parking is available.

From 495 North & South

• Take Exit 41A, Andover or Exit 41, Andover
• Both exits bring you onto Route 28, Main Street
• Go approximately 2 miles to Andover Center.
• As you go up the hill you will see the Fire Station on your right
• Turn right after the Fire Station onto Pearson Street
• Turn left into the Library parking lot
• Metered parking is available.

From 114 North Andover

• At the intersection of 114 and Elm Street (Merrimack College and Bertucci's), turn onto Elm Street towards Andover
• Go 1.5 miles to Andover Center. This is the intersection of Elm Street, Central Street, and Route 28 (Main Street)
• The Library will be in front of you. Cross the intersection, and turn right onto Essex Street. Then turn right again into the Library parking lot.
• Metered parking is available.
