This site provides project ideas for science projects involving math. This site has project ideas for elementary and secondary grades.

Science Buddies
A non-profit organization where students can go for all kinds of science help.  Includes a topic-finding wizard to help you choose a project, information on how to make your project the best it can be, and even an "ask an expert" feature if you're having trouble with your project and need help.
