Federal Taxes: The IRS mails telefile booklets to those individuals who qualify to file via telephone. If you haven't received this booklet, you are not eligible to telefile your federal tax return. For more information on the requirements for telefiling eligibility, visit the IRS web page on telefiling.

State Taxes: Telefiling is available for many Massachusetts residents. To determine whether you are eligible, see the form on the tax display on our Lower Level, or visit the MA Department of Revenue's web page on telefiling.

Filing Electronically

Federal Taxes: Information on filing Federal tax returns via the web is contained in the 1040 booklet. Copies of this booklet are available on our Lower Level, or visit the IRS web page on e-filing.

State Taxes: E-filing is available to qualifying Massachusetts residents. See the state tax booklet on the display on the our Lower Level, or visit the MA Department of Revenue's web page on filing options.
