Teen Room Open House 9/20!

Teen room open house wednesday september 20

Are you new to the area or new to middle school? Or have you not spent a lot of time in Memorial Hall Library's Teen Room and want to know what it's all about? If you feel this way, our Teen Room Open House is for you!

We know that the transition from elementary school to middle school can be tough, so Teen Services Librarians Renata and Anna want to help in any way that we can. Stop by the Teen Room any time between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 20th to see what MHL's Teen Services staff offers students entering grades 6- 12 and their parents. We will have lots of information about our programs as well as snacks, prizes, and a chance to get to know your librarians a little better. The goal of the Teen Room is to make all tweens and teens feel comfortable and welcome in the library, give them a safe space to learn and hang out, and provide them with the resources they need to become life long learners.

If you have any questions about the Open House or the Teen Room in general, please contact Renata or Anna at 978-623-8432 and ya@mhl.org. Visit the Teen Room Tumblr for information about programs and more.
