The Discover Your Past Genealogy Club October meeting will be a special off-site tour of the Phillips Library in Rowley, Massachusetts. The Phillips Library is a division of the Peabody Essex Museum and holds significant unique New England genealogical documents and manuscripts, the majority of the original 1692 Salem Witchcraft Trial papers as well as early, original works of Nathaniel Hawthorne.

Please note the following:

  • This one hour tour will begin at 9:00 a.m.  After the tour, visitors are invited to use collection materials in the reading room. 
  • This tour is limited to sixteen attendees.  There will be a waiting list to manage cancellations.
  • Location: 306 Newbury Turnpike/ Rowley, MA
  • Gather at the front of the building a few minutes before 9:00 a.m. There is plenty of parking.
