Watch over 26,000 films for free on Kanopy! Just launched at MHL, you can now watch must-see classic films from The Criterion Collection, learn about every subject imaginable from The Great Courses and PBS, or indulge in festival indie or world cinema sourced from award-winning filmmakers globally. Kanopy makes it easy to watch any time, to share and discuss films.

Kanopy is only available to MHL cardholders, and can be found on our Download Movies & Music page or directly at mhl.kanopystreaming.com. To use Kanopy, you'll need to create a Kanopy account and associate it with your MHL library card number (the number on the back of your card). Then you can stream videos through Kanopy's website, or through Kanopy's apps for Roku, iOS, and Android.

Once you have an account, you can stream 10 titles per month. After you've checked out a title to stream, you can watch it as many times as you like over the next 48 hours.
