On Thursday, July 14 at 7pm, learn how to relax through meditation with MHL staff member, Amy Martin, a certified yoga teacher. She'll explain the body's system of life energy, the practice of vipassana, which trains the mind to focus awareness on one thing at a time, and she'll lead a guided visual meditation, and a progressive relaxation meditation.
