From December 18th, 2021 to January 18th 2022, Memorial Hall Library will participate in Beanstack’s "Read for a Better World" Challenge, sponsored by Lerner Publishing Group. This year's theme challenges readers to explore diversity, empathy, and action through literature. Instead of asking patrons to read a set number of pages, we're challenging you to set your own reading goal and complete it. Goals can be anything you'd like - to read a set number of pages, to read in a new genre, to read every day - but just log your reading in the Beanstack app. At the end of the challenge, each participating patron will be able to pick out a free book to keep.

We will still have a community goal and together we're hoping to read 250,000 pages. Over the summer, Andover read over 1 MILLION pages, so we think that our community readers can achieve this goal!
