On Saturday, June 11, the Friends of MHL and the Essex Rowing Club are partnering to offer two workshops at the Essex Rowing Clubhouse, 656 Lowell Street in Methuen. Learn how to crew like the “Boys in the Boat!” Get a feel for rowing on the rowing machines, then head outside and  learn about the boats. The day will end on the river where you will  experience the team work and coordination it takes to win an Olympic medal. Participants age 13-18 should be accompanied by an adult, but we can make exceptions. A $10 fee is required for each registrant.
